Random Acts of Kindness

Random Acts of Kindness

Happy New Years Eve!

I just wanted to take a moment to tell you, my friends and family, how much I love and miss you all - and that it is our intention to see all of you as soon as the pandemic allows.

This year has obviously been unusually difficult for everybody, but I have been comforted by the unexpected joys - meeting brand new baby cousins, attending virtual weddings and baby showers, and spending quality time with Bae. All things considered, my husband and I are very lucky, indeed!

2021 looks like she might not be much better than her hateful ass older sister, but I plan on adding a little bit of sunshine to someone’s life, and I would humbly ask for your help. I feel so overwhelmed by how little I can do to affect positive change, that I often forget that if we all collectively added a little bit of our own magic to the world, a powerful force we would be indeed.

So I am going to commit to performing one random act of kindness per month, and I’ll be sure to tell you about it here. If you can, I would like for you to do the same, and tell me about the experience.

And with this, perhaps, we can all do a little bit to make 2021 better for us all.

For tonight … be safe, don’t drink too much, and love the one you’re with ;-)

Peace and blessings,

the trendy one
